Man, thought today would be some what different but as you you know it turned out to be gray and dull news sucks with all the bad negativity going with the world and inside our planet eating itself away is the Mayans calendar true? But the bible dose say it’s a world without end. In the middle east some dude said it’s time to start the Apocalypse china with it’s radiation going down ..I might be sick right now but I sure don’t want to see this world go down this way my Son has to be brought up in HATE,BLOOD,DESTRUCTION AND NO FUTURE to look at. will God help my son and wife through this maybe …….
Yeah, for the last year ½ I’ve been home with cancer and from all the Chemo’s, Radiations, X-Rays , pet scans and cat scans all these put make’s soul so tired. Podcast? Yeah, haven’t got to get a new one up because I’ve been so tired my son want to get them going he’s been the push, I do thank him a Great kid, Plus he like being on them to he have a lot a fun. But I tell you it been like being locked up in prison sometime’s. My mind turns inside out a times, depression is unreal I feel like I’m withering and dying. But I still push on to win to beat something I know in the back of my head the odds are so great, I do know I most likely won’t beat this. But this the story of life to try to give it all that you can give even if you know it’s all in vain. Today I just looked out window and wonder what can I do today work in my wood shop would be nice, but if I start a project will I be able to finish it? The Doctor said that things are looking good but you still have to go and see another doctor, might be more chemo? BUT, I want to do more Podcast shows, but for how long? Cancer I feel for anyone who has it and I can say I DO HOW YOU FEEL AT TIMES! But today I feel lost. Depression is always fun, like having a loaded gun at your head.
Don’t know if you all Know what’s been going do here lately but here’s the low down – There is a school ( on the East coast United States ) that issued 2000 laptops to their students this school year and one of the students was at home must have had the Laptop with him and he was eating some candy called Mike and Ike ( Which from a distance look like pills ) well the next day the student was taken to the office and reprimanded for what he was doing in his home. The school had a program that would let them turn on any laptop that they wanted to and see what anyone was doing at the time. Now parents are enraged and I don’t blame them.it’s an invasion of privacy and our 4 th amendment rights.Wow Big Brother watching!this school feels that they did nothing wrong here,Sorry just what I want someone would be able to see into my life without me knowing, Bad enough that when you go out there is a camera every where you go now you can’t feel safe at home.Sad to say this is the bad side of technology .

HERE’S THE NEWS REPORT:
The Lower Merion School District in Pennsylvania is getting a crash course–trial-by-fire style–on the limits of what is acceptable when monitoring computer activity. The facts are still being worked out, and investigations and lawsuits are still pending, but there are some lessons to be learned here for conducting an effective–and legal–monitoring program.1. Disclosure. One of the most important steps in separating “monitoring” from “spying” is to establish what is acceptable, and provide some advanced notice that computer activity and communications could be monitored. In general, there is no need to specify how or when the monitoring might be done. A disclaimer that the company reserves the right to monitor activity is more or less standard. However, the ability to enable the webcam on a laptop in the individual’s home without their knowledge or consent is outside of the gray area–it crosses from diligent monitoring to creepy spying real quick.
2. Discretion. Even if monitoring has been disclosed as a possibility, some controls should be in place regarding how and when monitoring is conducted (especially for equipment like laptops that are also used in the home), as well as which individuals have the authority to conduct monitoring, or access data gathered through monitoring.
While the company may be within its legal rights in monitoring network and computer activity of employees, the privacy rights of employees engaged in illicit or questionable activities could still be violated if those actions are broadly disclosed to peers, managers from other departments, or other parties that have no stake or interest in the employee’s productivity.
3. Personal Use. The jury, or in this case the Supreme Court of the United States, is still out on this issue, but based on the case of Ontario, CA police officers suing the Ontario police department, the company’s right to monitor its network and equipment could be superseded by an implied expectation of privacy when personal use is also authorized.
Essentially, the company does have the right to monitor the communications and activities on its network and company-issued equipment. However, when the company also specifies that employees are allowed to conduct personal business and communications using company-issued equipment it gets a little murky whether or not that permission comes with an expectation of privacy.
4. Don’t Go Dutch. In the case of the Ontario police department, one of the other factors clouding the issue is that officers were given a base plan and asked to pay for any overages resulting from excessive personal use. The fact that the officers were asked to pay a portion of the service charges also includes some degree of implied expectation of privacy. Similarly, as is the case with the students of Lower Merion School District, or employees using company-issued laptops from home, the individual is actually paying for the Internet service, therefore the company (or school district) may be overstepping its authority by monitoring that activity.
5. Automation. Using monitoring software can automate the process of monitoring, and provide an aggregate view of the correlated data–the “big picture”–without exposing the identity or violating the privacy of any specific individual. Excessive usage or indications of suspicious or unauthorized activity can then be drilled down for further investigation, but there should be established guidelines or thresholds and clearly-defined policies covering those actions to prevent any impropriety –real or perceived–on the part of the employer.
IT administrators must strike a balance between diligent monitoring to maintain productivity, prevent legal liability, and meet compliance requirements, and violating employee privacy. The line between monitoring and spying can be thin at times, and the cases of the Ontario police department and the Lower Merion school district could both have repercussions affecting the ethics and legality of monitoring.

Yeah, I’m a little fed up with a lot that’s going on in our so called country right now. Bring in foreign people to our country when we are having so much problems right now plus we have to many that just don’t belong here just sneaking in and feeding off us tax payers, I feel very bad about whats happening to the Haitians right now and my prayers are definitely with them but, at the same time we our losing our home here too! to the banks , our jobs to illegal aliens and our Goverment that seem to only care is to to make the fat cats happy.Sorry, But I can’t stand watching this stuff going on any more – PEOPLE TAKE A REAL GOOD LOOK ON THE STREETS YOU’LL FIND HOW GOOD OF SHAPE WE THE UNITED STATES IS REALLY IN, YOU’LL SHIT YOUR PANTS! Sorry but that’s how I feel . We the American people are walking into bad times and are just digging ourselves deeper by doing the actions we are doing . Really think about this one you will find out I’m one of many Motherfucker’s who feel the same way and NO I’M NOT RACIEST I’m getting screwed like all of you are. Yes, There has been people that has helped me out in so many ways in the last year since I’ve found out that I had cancer something that I’m just not use to and I do Thank them all. Just wait top White House officials basically told reporters questioning the recent, and continuing, raids on Medical Marijuana dispensaries.
Under Obama’s administration four more marijuana dispensaries have been shut down in afront to Obama’s promise to change the current way of handling medical marijuana. Unfortunately, officials are also saying raid will continue until Obama changes leftovers of the Bush administration DEA leaders. The DEA acting administrator, Michele Leonhart, despite promises made by President Obama not to circumvent state law, continues to condone actions which do so and are contradicting to the Administration.
“It’s clear that the DEA is showing no respect for President Obama’s campaign promises,” said Dan Bernath, a spokesman for the Marijuana Policy Project in Washington.
The medical issues had increased coverage in the 2008 election due to the multiple states with initiatives calling for the decriminalization of marijuana or the right have medical marijuana.
“President Obama needs to keep a promise he made, not just in one campaign stop, but in multiple speeches that he would not be spending Justice Department funds on these kinds of raids,”
Just because Obama has not installed his own DEA chief does not mean raids are forced to continue as the new Attorney General Eric Holder can suspend these types of operations. The question is currently, why are they not suspending these operations?
“We’re sympathetic to the fact the administration is just getting its feet on the ground,” Bernath continued, “but this does show he needs to appoint folks who will respects his principles and policies.”

Waking Myth was founded by Josh near the end of 2007. After going through numerous
members and attempts, Waking Myth fell apart. In February of 2009, he decided it
was time to try again, this time with some people that really wanted to play! Two
guitar spots were filled almost immediately with DJ and Anthony joining. After
searching for a bassist for a while, DJ came across Mike. Mike came to practice to
try out and was given the spot shortly after. After a couple songs were complete,
Anthony’s friend Payge was approached about adding female vocals to the mix and she
quickly took up the offer, soon after Denver took up drums after the leaving of the
previous drummer.
